ReceiveFlow

Terms of Service

These terms govern a merchant's access to and use of the ReceiveFlow Shopify app.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By installing or using ReceiveFlow, you agree to these terms on behalf of the Shopify merchant you represent. You must be authorized to manage that merchant's store and accept these terms.

The service

ReceiveFlow provides tools for supplier purchasing, receiving, inventory adjustments, invoice reconciliation, payables tracking, and related exports. You remain responsible for reviewing quantities, costs, accounting information, and inventory changes before relying on them.

ReceiveFlow is not an accounting firm, payment processor, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Exports and reports are operational tools and do not replace professional advice or your own records.

Accounts and acceptable use

Access is tied to an authorized Shopify store and its staff sessions. You must keep Shopify credentials secure and promptly remove staff access that is no longer appropriate.

You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security, interfere with other merchants, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use ReceiveFlow in violation of applicable law or Shopify's terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Prices, billing intervals, trials, and included features are shown before approval. You can change or cancel a plan through the app, subject to Shopify's billing rules. Fees already incurred are handled under Shopify's applicable policies.

Your data

You retain ownership of information you enter or import. You grant ReceiveFlow the limited right to process that information to provide, secure, and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains those practices.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReceiveFlow reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events outside our control. We may change the service or these terms and will provide notice of material changes when reasonably required.

Termination

You may stop using ReceiveFlow and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or when required by Shopify or law. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReceiveFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties. ReceiveFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation above, so those limits apply only as permitted.
